Satisfy69 sells digital downloadable products. Because digital products can be accessed immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not provided once access/download has been delivered.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in cases such as duplicate payment, technical failure where access cannot be provided, or accidental overcharge.

Processing Time

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed through the original payment method according to the payment gateway timeline.
